Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TradeScenario software subscriptions via tradescenario.online and related payment links. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.

Important notice — digital product
TradeScenario is a digital software subscription delivered electronically (Telegram bot access). Once access is activated, the digital product has been supplied. Trading results, market conditions, or lack of profit are not grounds for a refund.
1. What you purchase
You pay for time-limited access to informational market analysis software (scanners, signals, scenarios, charts, and related features). You are not purchasing:
- investment advice or guaranteed returns;
- trade execution or account management;
- any specific financial outcome.
2. When refunds may be granted
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion, or where required by law, in the following cases:
- Access not delivered: payment was successful but subscription was not activated within 72 hours due to our error, and we cannot fix it within 7 business days of your support request.
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same subscription period (verified via payment provider).
- Technical impossibility: the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period during your paid term due to our fault (pro-rata refund may apply).
- Unauthorized payment: proven fraudulent transaction before substantial use (subject to payment provider investigation).
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment unless a longer period is required by mandatory consumer law in your country.
3. When refunds are not granted
Refunds are generally not available if:
- your subscription was successfully activated (automatically or via
/activate); - you used the Service during the paid period (including viewing signals or running scans);
- you experienced trading losses, missed trades, or did not achieve profit;
- market conditions changed or signals did not match your expectations;
- you failed to enter the correct Telegram User ID at checkout;
- you violated the Terms of Service or abused the Service;
- you changed your mind after activation (digital content waiver — where permitted by law, you consent to immediate supply and loss of statutory withdrawal right upon activation);
- issues are caused by third parties (Telegram outages, exchange API limits, your internet, device, or exchange account restrictions).
4. EU / UK consumers (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right may be lost if:
- you expressly consent to immediate performance, and
- you acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once access begins.
By activating the subscription or using the Service immediately after purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge this loss of withdrawal right where applicable. Refunds outside the cases in Section 2 remain at our discretion except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. How to request a refund
- Email support@tradescenario.online with subject line: Refund request.
- Include: your Telegram User ID, payment date, payment provider (Stripe / Lemon Squeezy / other), transaction or receipt ID, and a clear description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge within 3 business days and decide within 7 business days (complex cases up to 14 business days).
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your access and provide evidence of delivery (activation logs, Telegram User ID match) to the payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
7. Subscription cancellation
Canceling future renewals (if auto-renew is enabled) stops the next charge but does not automatically refund the current prepaid period. The Service remains available until the end of the paid term unless a refund is granted under this Policy.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
